If you like good food in pleasant surroundings then Genesis is the place for you. It is situated in the Karnak area, about 100 yards from the Luxor Hilton, and is a relatively inexpensive alternative to the bars and restaurants in the hotel. It's well worth a taxi or a caleche ride from other parts of the town. And with a bottle of Stella at LE12.50, it's a bargain as well!

Our menu is a blend of European and Egyptian cuisine, and we also have a good selection of wines and spirits, both local and imported.
